ABOUT ROLANDE
My name is Rolande Taylor I am a Canadian. I was adopted from Haiti at the age of fifteen
months I was adopted into my family in Canada. I love playing sports but my favorite is
basketball. I have played in Canada for four years and now I am playing for Hoopstar for the
past year and I absolutely love it. After I graduate high school I want to get a basketball
scholarship and have dreams of playing in the WNBA. When I am in university I want to get my
medical degree and become a physiotherapist. I would also like to go back to Haiti and help out
my country. Other things that I enjoy are playing volleyball, listing to music, and playing with my
bird Tico and my family especially now that my dad is getting home earlier from work. Looking
forward to another awesome year of basketball with my amazing coaches. Thank you for your
